Nordic SIG - previously Sweden

About this event

Whether you're just starting your Nordic family history journey or you’ve hit a brick wall, the Nordic Special Interest Group (SIG) is a great place to learn, share, and connect with fellow VGS members.

The Nordic SIG (previously Sweden) welcomes all members who are researching their family history in any of the Nordic countries or territories: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden, along with the autonomous territories of Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and Åland. This group is for both beginners and experienced researchers to share their experiences. We will discuss resources, records, and the unique challenges of Nordic genealogy.

A benefit for current VGS members only.

LOCATION: VIRTUAL ONLY via Zoom.  Details including Zoom links will be distributed to SIG members by the SIG Coordinator before the meeting.

NOTE: To receive SIG meeting details, members must join this and other Special Interest Groups by logging into their VGS member account on the website and clicking on "SIGs" in their profile.
